NOSPA raise thousands in Christmas fundraiser

Back to News and Events

We raised over £3600 in profit at the Festive Fundraiser!! And with the Advent Calendar monies, the Wreath Competition monies, the Xmas4Schools monies and a donation of £1,000 from Lloyds Banking Group still to be added to the total, the Winter fundraising events have been a huge success for the school!

We knew there would be some niggles with it being the first Festive Fundraiser in the new school building and we are discussing ideas on how to improve the experience of the next ones so thank you for your patience with the run up to the event (being bombarded with information) and attending and supporting the event itself.

The new additions of the Hampers and the Prize Line were amazing and well received. The White bags always a hit! The games were enjoyed by many too. And then the food and drink went down well :) We would like to thank all the families for the donations into the Raffle Hampers and the white bags, the donations of balloons and samosas.

To those who made the wreaths – well done – they looked amazing! Thank you too to all of the helpers as the event cannot be run without helpers (ideally we still needed about 5 more). It takes so much time and effort to set up these events that Faith and I can’t do it on our own.

A big shout out to the Businesses that donated to the Prize Line by either a voucher, goodies or purchasing from the Amazon Wishlist for the school:
